Fees by Hourly Rate

Should you choose the Law Office of Macklin K Everly for representation in an ongoing matter for which an hourly rate would be more agreeable/appropriate (i.e., representation in defense of a lawsuit, intensive legal research, investigative services, etc.), then the usual hourly rate for my services is $50 per hour.
