What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?

My practice focuses on employment and domestic law. I am able to help my clients resolve their problems whether they are going through a wrongful termination, discriminatory treatment at work, or through family issues such as divorce and child custody. I feel that I am able to make a positive difference in my clients' lives and I enjoy helping clients move forward into better situations.

What makes your law firm unique?

I believe that it is really important to educate my clients about their cases and to communicate with them regularly. I also advise my clients on alternatives to litigation that are more cost efficient and may result in a quicker resolution.

Describe your ideal client.

I appreciate it when my clients are completely honest with me from the very beginning about all aspects of their case. Clients are often hesitant to discuss things that they fear might make them look bad such as past disciplinary actions. I am here to help my clients, and I do not judge them. I need to know this information up front in order to best serve you and to advise you on how to proceed. This information will always be brought out by the other side so it will save you time and money if you have already told me about it, and I have already prepared a defense. Also, your case will be more cost efficient if your documents are organized and you are prepared for our meetings.

Describe your personal interest and hobbies.

I enjoy serving as a legal advisor to the mock trial teams at St. Francis DeSales High School, which is also my Alma Mater. I also enjoy spending time with my family and dogs.
